Every now and then you just have to say, "Yep".
This ring is one of those hard to describe ring that was made just because it is super-cool and it could be done.
Set entirely in sterling silver every element of this ring was cut individually (16 pieces) from flat sheet plate and assembled one by one.
This is really a sculpture more than a ring...
With this, it is set with a lighter oval amethyst measuring 9.8 mm x 8mm, a 6mm round peridot and a striking 10 x 7 mm pear shaped citrine.
The ring is a finger size 9.
Though I could size this a bit, it would be nice if it just fit. Of course, if you are interested in sizing I will figure it out.
The amethyst stands 9mm (pretty tall) off the finger and the base of the shank measures 5.85 mm wide.
This is a hearty ring.
